Marianne Woolwich

Originally from the United Kingdom, Marianne has been living and working in the Netherlands since the early 1980’s and is bilingual. She comes from a strong commercial and business background.

Whilst successfully managing her own retail company for sixteen years, Marianne began developing her highly original approach to enhancing effective business communication . Her technique incorporates a combination of tradition methodology with less conventional colour, symbology and multi-media skills. Apart from running her own businesses, Marianne has extensive working experience within multinational organisations. Within this sector, she observed the effects that everyday business dynamics have on the health, effectiveness and productivity of employees.

Studying these influences Marianne became proficient in this field and qualified as a professional business counsellor and coach. She is a registered member of the Dutch Association for Professional Counsellors – Algemene Beroepsvereiniging voor Counselling (ABvC). Within Diamond Bridge Initiative she operates an active counselling practice for the private and corporate sector. As business coach she works for various organisations who employ her consultancy for re-integration, team building and change management issues.

Marianne was commissioned to develop and write a coaching course for a distance learning institute and facilitates practical experience days for the students.

Under her management, Diamond Bridge Initiative continues to grow and in 2007 began expanding its activities to clients in Italy. The Anglo Dutch partnership is ongoing and Marianne commutes regularly to facilitate and develop courses in the United Kingdom.
