Has a multi facetted portfolio of professional skills and experience. For the past thirty years she has been involved in education and training .This has included developing and facilitating programmes for adult learners in fields as varied as Colleges of Further Education, the National Health Service and Her Majesty’s Prisons Service . Her teaching success has always been the result of intergrating logic with intuition, forming highly effective whole brained learning .

Since 1996 Michaele has also become a pioneer in the field of numerology. She uses her expertise in both the corporate and private sectors.

Recognising the need for whole brained solution to management problems, Michaele worked in collaboration with an skilled and experienced process engineer to create Corporate Signpost©, a strategic management tool offering insights and inspiration for business.

An authority on colour for environment, image, behaviour and health, Michaele consults for a wide variety of organisations, including branding companies, national care home organisations, schools and hospitals. In addition she has been offering workshops and seminars covering all facets of colour and personal impact.

Although not a scientist, Michaele has been researching and investigating the effect of poor lighting conditions on the human brain leading to depression and potential suicide. Her work has been widely reported and she is frequently invited to present at national and international conferences alongside leading scientists in this field. Her speaking portfolio includes: Queens College Cambridge, The National Physics Laboratories,and The Global Symposium for Professional Lighting Design.

Michaele is also a professional speaker on many other subjects including:prisons and prison education, personal branding and numerology.
