Colour Analysis

Your own personal colours are unique. They are pre-determined before your birth

They are as genetic to you as butterflies’ colours are genetic to them. Theirs are seen on their wingspan. Yours are shown in your temperament and personality, in the patterns and colours of your iridology, in your hair and skin tone.
Since it’s genetic, it is usually only done once in your life
During your personal colour consultation you will discover:

  • why certain shades complement your natural colouring more than others
  • the palette of colours that suit you best and how to identify them
  • how best to wear the colours you already have in your wardrobe
  • combinations of colours to make your wardrobe more versatile and effective
  • and a swatch of over 100 colours to use as a shopping guide

Knowing and wearing your correct colours will make you look well and project positively, giving you a renewed sense of excitement and confidence.

Dressing in your own colours improves your self-esteem and confidence. It is an easy way to look good, feel good and co- ordinate your wardrobe.

Symbolic Sight Walks

A symbolic sight walk is a step-by-step approach to interpreting the symbology in your surroundings. It provides you with a wonderful tool that can guide you through troubled times, help you make the right decisions and enable you to positively change your outlook on life.

All too frequently, we rush through our lives, focusing more on the memories of our past and worrying about the uncertainties of the future, than on appreciating the present. We are generally totally unaware are unable to see and decipher symbolic messages and signals that infiltrate our daily life, even though these can provide us with clear direction.

Sometimes we do become extremely focused in the present and we become more aware of our surroundings. For example wanting a particular new car, suddenly it is as if this model appears everywhere, whereas a few days or weeks prior, it would have probably gone unnoticed. This degree of focus is exactly what is required to become aware of the gift of Symbolic Sight.

If there is some part of your life that needs defining, or goals that you wish to achieve which are being blocked, focus on the present. Heighten your awareness and allow yourself to be open to recognising guidance in your daily life through symbolic messages and signals. With experience, symbolic sight enables you to turn the key of the lock allowing you to understand and interpret your personal symbology and read your own life. As you participate in a Symbolic Sight Walk you see and experience the bigger picture for yourself.

Although a Symbolic Sight Walk is generally conducted individually it can be adapted to suit small groups of two/three people . The walk takes approx 90 mins.

What is counselling?

Counselling is a process that focuses on enhancing your psychological well-being. It is specifically for people experiencing a difficult period in their life. If you are overwhelmed and cannot find a direction, counselling offers you the opportunity to explore and gain insight into the situation. During the course of the counselling sessions you will also learn techniques and coping strategies.

When is counselling necessary?

Counselling can help you understand most effective and appropriate ways of dealing with what you are experiencing, such as:

  • If you are unable to function properly in your daily life
  • When experiencing coping with difficult situations at work or at home
  • Experiencing communication problems or conflicts
  • When experiencing physical results of stress(for example sleeping disorder, anxiety etc.
  • To boost your self-confidence
  • Relationship issues such as marriage problems, affairs, separation and abuse
  • If you are suffering from periods of depression
  • Dealing with a grief process

How does counselling work?

The first session allows the counsellor and the client to become acquainted and to discuss the problem. If counselling is considered suitable then which route the sessions will take is discussed. During the following sessions the problem will be extensively explored. The customer will acquire techniques and insight, to solve the problem. Since each person is unique, the required sessions per client will differ. However generally 8 – 10 sessions lasting approx 60-75 minutes will be sufficient.

What is coaching?

Coaching is personal support offered to enable you to achieve particular goals,to reach your highest potential and experience a successful and fulfilled life. As coach I help you make the bridge between your current situation, where you are now to where you want to be.

How does coaching work?

Coaching provides you support to enhance your skills, resources and creativity. During the coaching sessions you will be encouraged to widen your horizons and be stimulated to explore your thoughts and life experiences. You will analyse your current situation which will help you to decide which aspects of your life are working and which are not. You will be taught various methods and techniques which will help you to define specific goals and clarify what action needs to be undertaken to achieve them. This process will help you to maximise your personal potential. Since each person is unique, the required sessions per client will differ. However generally 8 – 10 sessions lasting approx 60-75 minutes will be sufficient.

What is webcam counselling and coaching?

It is similar to traditional counselling and coaching but designed for those people who are not able to meet with a counsellor or coach in person. You may have difficulty travelling, work long or inconvenient hours or simply prefer to choose a coach, counsellor, who suits your needs rather than lives close by. Via the internet, your webcam offers you easy access to a professional counselling and coaching service

Telephone counselling and coaching

What is telephone counselling and coaching?

It is similar to traditional counselling and coaching but designed for those people who are not able to meet with a counsellor or coach in person. You may have difficulty travelling, work long or inconvenient hours or simply prefer to choose a coach, counsellor, who suits your needs rather than lives close by.Therefore you might prefer to choose telephone sessions instead. By its very nature telephone counselling and coaching can offer a more flexible way of working and because of the anonymity people often feel more comfortable expressing difficult issues or emotions
